Wichita Falls Texas Wedding Photographer

I was super excited to photograph Amanda & Heath’s wedding when I met Amanda just a few months before. She was telling me all the details she had planned and I knew it would be unique and beautiful. I was right! They wanted an intimate wedding for family and a few friends to share their day with them. They choose the 7 Wheel Ranch in Gainesville, Texas and had the wedding near the gorgeous log cabin there. Amanda’s dad built the benches where the guests sat and added in some personal brands that followed their families history. Every last detail was DIY! Amanda’s mom and aunt made (yes hand-made) her wedding dress with some gorgeous lace they found. For gifts they made heart shaped birdseed biscuits and carried the bird theme to the wooden birds on their cake. Their cake was a family tradition called Viennese Ribbon Cake which was delicious and had colorful layers of cake, jam, and nuts. Amanda’s mom even did the flowers the day of as well and added pieces of left over lace from her dress to the flowers. I love how when they remember their wedding day they will remember the people that helped them make it so special. I could go on and on about all the details but I’ll let you enjoy the photos instead!

Chad and Leasha were married Saturday at the Coyote Ranch Resort. It was an absolutely beautiful day for a wedding. There were some hiccups along the way and set things running a little late but Leasha’s bridesmaids and family took charge and made sure everything was perfect. I can’t say enough how wonderful everyone was to make sure their day was just how Leasha imagined it could be.

Leasha had the most gorgeous lace dress and a fun pop of color for her shoes to match her colors which I loved.

Her bridesmaid wore these super fun robes with their initials in crystals on them!

Instead of tradiational boutonierres she picked bright colorful handkercheifs! Such a great idea! Oh, and meet Rhett, he was a doll all day long.

Love the girls with their blue dresses and pink bouquets! They had some fun during their photos!

Leasha and Chad chose not to do a first look but had a first kiss with a handkerchief making sure Chad didn’t see her.

Of course the best man had a little fun with a ring pop! He finally produced the real ring after a bunch of laughter.

Kathy’s Bakery did a great job on the cakes! I’m pretty sure they make the best camo cakes I’ve seen!

And then after some toasts and cake the party started outside with Sweet Beats DJ.
